Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the item, the issue, and the packaging.
After reviewing the information, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because orders may enter production quickly, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
