Most Faithfully EverWild products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Processing times vary depending on the product and production provider.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Faithfully EverWild currently ships within the United States only.

Some items in the same order may be produced by different providers and arrive in separate packages.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Faithfully EverWild is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at faithfullyeverwild@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will review the available tracking information and help determine the next steps.

For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
