Return and Refund Policy

Because most Faithfully EverWild products are made especially for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at faithfullyeverwild@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your name and order number
A description of the problem
Clear photos showing the item and the issue
A photo of the packaging, when available

After reviewing the information, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please do not mail an item back unless we provide written return instructions. In most cases involving a damaged or defective product, a physical return is not required.

Sizing and Color

Because products are made to order, we cannot provide returns, refunds, or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected. Please check the size chart on the individual product page before ordering. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Once production has started, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at faithfullyeverwild@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and help determine the next steps.

Faithfully EverWild is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional production or shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Rights Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any return, refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s location.
